Delivery options, costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you place your order. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with the available tracking information.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on product availability, destination and courier service.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you are not completely happy with your order, you may have the right to cancel and return it within 14 days of receiving it.

To start a return, please contact us at contact@pawlmin.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Items should be returned unused, in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can help resolve the issue.
